Immanuel Campus of Care is seeking an energetic and detail orientated HVAC Technician who is familiar with preventive maintenance, heating/ac systems, refrigeration, appliances and plumbing. A background in repairs and diagnosing problems is a plus, as the HVAC Technician will be responsible for maintaining our building's infrastructure.

Job Functions

• Work with the Maintenance Director and contractors to install, fix, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Be able to work independently to maintain, service and repair HVAC equipment throughout the facility
• Provide preventative maintenance on all tools, equipment and supplies.
• Report structural damage, equipment in need of repair, and all other repair needs to the Maintenance Director.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Report safety hazards to the Maintenance Director, Executive Director, or Manager on Duty immediately.
• Respond to all emergency or priority as soon as possible.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
• Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work individually and as a team.
• Knowledge of basic computer functions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Employment Requirements

• Vaccinated for COVID-19 (Must be completely vaccinated for COVID-19 or have received the first shot and are scheduled to receive the second COVID-19 shot.)
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will pay and help you to obtain)
• Current TB test (we will pay for and help you to obtain)
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• 3+ years of experience

Shift Available

Immanuel Campus of Care is looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician working 5 days a week with 2 days off. The hours for this position is 7:30am – 4pm. Shift preference can be discussed during interview.
