The Patrick Dealer Group is hiring at our Hyundai store in Schaumburg, IL! We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to assist the service team full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Provides quality customer service and consistently achieves excellent CSI scores
• Serves as communicator between customers and technicians. Ensures complete understanding regarding the services rendered
• Continues to keep customers informed with necessary information based on service
• Accurately verifies warranty and service contracts
• Prepares and processes Repair Orders
• Advises customers on additional needed services, explains all benefits
• Oversees flow of Drive Lane and ensures that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Takes ownership of the customer experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer
• Provides concierge support for all owner inquiries (whether via phone or in person) to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
• Distributes work between technicians efficiently
• Accurately records issues and data into Dealer Management System

Requirements for eligibility:

• Organized and friendly personality
• Time management skills
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Previous experience working within a Hyundai dealership preferred
• Clean driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
• 18 years of age or older
