Role: Illustration Production, Digital Product Creation (6 Month Contract)

Compensation Range: $33.00-$36.00/Hr

The Illustration Production role works with the Product Line Manager, Color, Textile, Design and Development teams to produce Merchandising Tools for both internal and external communications. These Merchandising Tools are organized into product categories and are created each season to visually communicate color information across the entire line. As styles and colors develop throughout a season, the Illustration Production role is responsible for ensuring these developments are captured accurately and are regularly updated across all distribution channels. The Illustration Production role will ensure product illustrations adhere by internal guidelines across all categories, creating cohesive content for distribution.
Essential Job Functions
- Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign to create and maintain Merchandising Tools each season
- Collaborate with various teams across categories to maintain accuracy of content
- Maintain seasonal library of product illustrations
- Ability to work on multiple seasons at once
- Upload product illustration images to various platforms for online distribution
- Communicate with product designers and developers to obtain or recreate accurate illustrations for new and revised styles
- Collaborate effectively utilizing online proofing tools within a seasonal cadence
- Self-manage deadlines to ensure teams receive assets specific for their requirements
- Assist in file management
- Ability to take on special projects while maintaining every day job functions

Experience You Bring
- Degree in a related field (Graphic Communication, Graphic Design, Technology)
- 1-3 years’ experience in a graphic/illustration production role
- Highly proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat
- Knowledge of digital product creation tools, e.g. Browzwear/CLO preferred
- Understanding of digital image color spaces, compression, file and image sizing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- macOS proficiency
- General knowledge of apparel development cycle and Product Line Management System
- Willingness to remain up to date on latest creative software releases
