General Job Description
Our company is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Home Care Scheduler with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will play a primary role working closely with our Recruitment team, Care Professionals and Clients to coordinate calendars, organize meetings, contact leads and ensure that all related administrative functions are complete in order to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Schedule appointments, send appointment reminders and make follow-up calls or generate emails
- Liaise and coordinate with clients and care professionals about schedules, client needs and any necessary changes
- Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur
- Schedule in-home consultations and onboarding meetings
- Take messages and handle calls
- Prepare reports and memos
- Perform database management
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience:
- Clerical or administrative experience a plus
- Knowledge of health care terminology helpful
- Familiarity with databases, word processing and spreadsheet software
