About the Member:

Our member is a male in his 30's with a physical disability. He is a participant in advocating for himself and others with disabilities, has a graduate degree, and has many personal interests. He enjoys podcasts, music, watching baseball, Netflix and does online work!

He is looking to add to his team of caregivers by providing a stress-free environment in his condo on the east side of Madison. He is interested in providing employment to beginning nurses in the industry or nurses who have already been in the industry and maybe looking for a more laid-back environment.

Hours

• Part-time with the possibility of full-time

Shifts:

· Every other Monday 1st shift

· Every Tuesday 1st shift, every other 3rd shift

· Every other Wednesday – 1st shift

· Thursday every other – 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts

· Every other Friday -1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts

Wage offered:

· Caregivers = $20/hour

What can you expect to be doing:

· Personal Cares: Bathing, Feeding, Hair/Nail Care, Dressing, Transfers, etc

· Social Activities

· Companionship

· Minimal cleaning

Requirements:

· On-site training provided

· Must have reliable transportation

· If you have a nursing degree, Vent Certification (1-day virtual class) must be completed per Medicaid requirement

· Must be willing to have background check complete

*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekend availability

• Monona, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
