We are seeking to add to our superstar team at The Tradewinds Resort in St. Pete beach! Our Marketing Coordinators set appointments for our guests to learn more about their ownership and our company. They also work with our guests to ensure they have a wonderful vacation, this is a phone room based position.

Our excellent compensation package includes both an hourly wage and incentive bonuses. Our coordinators receive a bonus for every appointment they set. Not only do our coordinators only set appointments (no selling) they also get to offer guests incentives and gifts for scheduling an appointment! Our most successful coordinators have an outgoing personality and enjoy working directly with customers. If you’ve ever done sales face to face, door to door or via telephone this job may be a great fit! There is NO cold calling with this position – every person you will be talking to is staying on our property as an owner or guest!

While some sales or marketing experience is preferred it is not required – we will train you!

Flexible schedule - Both day and afternoon/evening shifts available.
