Requirements: Competent with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel. Possess the current knowledge of or the ability to learn NNA Host and AS400 applications. The position will need to be certified on warehouse mobile equipment.

This position is responsible for ensuring Nissan North America, Inc. suppliers’ compliance with part, packaging and logistics specifications and standards. Position will aid in daily tasks including but not limited to the following:

• Inbound inspection of service parts shipments as needed to confirm part, packaging and documentation compliance.

• Accurately documenting the results of all inspections.

• Investigating noncompliance occurrences, including RDR, SPRR, and ASN issues.

• Accurately documenting all details and evidence of noncompliance occurrences and submitting evidence and report.

• Assist with part inspection and repackaging parts as necessary.

• Performing inbound trailer audits, including audit execution and documentation.

• Completing stock checks of inbound product for known quality concerns.

• Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.

• Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action.

• Work with designated cross functional teams to provide feedback to suppliers on accuracy of countermeasure tasks.

• Packaging parts per written instruction as necessary

The position will be located at the Central Collision Center in Lebanon, TN.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $19.58 per hour
