Indoor Guest Experience Ambassador – Mountain Creek
Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: Guest Experience Blazer (Manager)

How the Guest Experience Ambassador works with the Team:
As the first point of contact with guest arrivals, the Indoor Guest Experience Ambassador will provide information that assists with an unforgettable experience at the resort. The Ambassador will assist with many facets of the guest experience to include, facilitating the indoor portion of rental experience, merchandising and selling retail, food and beverage service, and cleanliness of restrooms.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Be an accurate and reliable source of information for our Guests.
- Assist with the indoor guest arrival including, rental process, retail, food and beverage, restrooms, and accessing amenities.
- Focus on resort cleanliness and appearance standards including, but not limited to emptying waste containers, sanitization of touch points, and garbage removal from inside the lodge and around resort grounds.
- Monitor guest arrivals and flow into the rental process.
- Responsible for proper size and fitting of rental equipment for our guests.
- Explain the use and mechanical parts of equipment.
- Perform general housekeeping tasks and duties as necessary
- Cleaning of Restrooms, Sweeping Floors, etc.
- Serve to our quests our food products following all safety procedures
- Perform credit transactions for food purchases by our guests
- Acknowledging and advocating for our guests needs as it pertains to their experience with the resort
- Enforce and follow safety procedures for the team and our guests
- Perform other duties as assigned by Resort Blazers/Guides
Team Member Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a commitment to great service
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be 16 or older
- Reliable transportation
- Prior customer service, retail, food and beverage, or call center experience an asset
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holiday
