Industrial Cleaner
Job description
Star Tribune has an immediate opening in our pressroom for a full-time Industrial Cleaner. This position supports the print production of our newspaper and commercial press products.
Job Summary
This position will perform duties to keep press equipment and the pressroom environment clean and safe through proper industrial cleaning of all equipment and press areas. Press production is a 7 day a week, 365 days a year operation. A full benefit package is also included.
Qualifications
- Industrial cleaning experience required.
- Experience working in a high volume and deadline driven operation a plus.
Schedule: Full-time. 7 hours per day/35-hour work week. Shifts and start times may vary, this position is scheduled for Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 1:30 pm.
Pay: This is a union position with a starting pay of $18.78/hr.
