- Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional fashion
- Previous professional painting experience Required
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Customer service oriented, you like getting a job done right
- Must be able and understand daily logs
- OSHA 10 Certified
- Minimum of Five years of painting experience verifiable through references
- Valid Drivers License as needed for Company Vehicle
- 80 hours of PTO accrued in the First year
- 401K match
- Health, dental, eye Care provided and paid at 40%
- Bonus based on completion of jobs
- 25k Life Insurance on day one
- Uniforms, tools, equipment provided
