Job Title: Industrial Sales Engineer
Salary: $85,000.00, based on experience - draw plus uncapped commission
Department: Maryland Industrial Department
Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland (Southern Maryland)
Reports To: Vice President, Industrial Sales
Job Overview:
Are you great at relationship building? This position involves calling on a variety of assigned industrial accounts that influence the specification and purchase of products marketed by Cummins-Wagner. In this role, you will work cooperatively with other team members to gain preferred status within key accounts and to drive sales towards Cummins-Wagner products. This individual is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets.

- Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred
Scope of Responsibility:
- Establish and maintain CRM database of key personnel at all accounts.
- Conduct regular product training sessions with various influencers.
- Attend factory training and marketing meetings as directed.
- Participate in various Trade Associations and assist with Trade Shows.
- Work with various manufacturers and Leadership Team to promote new product introductions.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales team to ensure timely and accurate issuance of proposals to customers.
- Participate in product and company training to enhance job knowledge, exploring opportunities to add value to your career accomplishments.
