Information Technology Lead:

This position provides the highest level of support to end users by handling service requests that have been escalated by lower tiers. Support will be provided onsite, remotely, over the phone, or via email. They will be required to develop solutions for complex network, desktop, and server problems. They will have the ability to analyze existing systems and make proactive recommendations for improvements. Develops, maintains, and implements all systems, applications, and networking configurations.


This is a full- time position / 100% Remote.

Salary range will be based on technical experience and technical interview.

Active Secret Clearance Required


Qualifications:

  • Educational requirements include an AS/AA Degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university or the equivalent technical experience.
  • Windows or Apple Certified Technician.
  • Familiarity with Ivanti Management Suite, Microsoft SCCM, or Jamf Pro.
  • Experience requirements include three years of related experience.
  • Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Advanced knowledge of current Microsoft desktop and server operating systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, and other server applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer and server hardware.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting.
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Experience requirements include seven years of related experience.
