Job description

· Maintain Network infrastructure, Cabling, switches, UPS’s, virtual computer environment and hardware systems to include printers, and scanners.

· Have a good working knowledge of VM Ware.

· Have a good working knowledge of IP phone systems.

· Maintain, inventory and record capital assets.

· Monitor and maintain security systems at all locations. To include management of the security system and solid working knowledge of security cameras and instillation of same.

· Forecast and order hardware, service contracts, and materials for infrastructure maintenance. Keep the said equipment secured and entered into the asset management system.

· Assist the end users with, hardware, network, or training issues.

· Maintain and update daily assigned help desk tickets.

· Monitor and Maintain File Shares.

· Monitor and Maintain AD accounts for Personnel and Computers.

· Other duties as assigned by management.
