What this role is all about :

We are looking for a Mixer I in Le Sueur, Minnesota .

The Mixer I is responsible for safely and efficiently performing all tasks associated with mixing product.

• Working 12 hour shifts, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

• Safely and efficiently transport raw materials to vat; adding them together and mixing product.

• Safely operate Fork Truck to load and store product.

• Accurately track raw material inventories

• Apply/adhere to relevant information related to material/ingredients and enter in computer as applicable.

• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Basic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerized information.

• Ability to work with minimum supervision, adapt to a changing environment quickly, and think independently.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Be able to work 40+ hours a week on a rotating schedule.

• Be able to work weekends and off shifts as needed or assigned.

Where you’ll be working:

Our presence in Le Sueur, MN, consists of the following locations; Le Sueur Cheese, Le Sueur Ingredients, Le Sueur Protein Research Center, and Le Sueur Business Office. These locations produce various types of cheeses, such as; Parmesan, Romano, Asiago, Gouda, Muenster, Monterey Jack, and Cheddar. They also run various whey streams, such as; whey protein isolate (WPI), whey protein concentrate 34 (WPC 34), whey protein concentrate 80 (WPC 80), and both pharma and food-grade lactose.
