DESCRIPTION (RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES):

• Performs all tasks safely
• Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Electrical Maintenance
• Preventive Maintenance
• Predictive Maintenance
• Trouble Shooting
• Equipment Rebuilds
• Work Order Maintenance, repair and fabrication
• Advancing job skills and knowledge of equipment
• Operate Husky Injection molders and perform corrective actions
• Perform quality checks on preforms and bottles, make adjustments to process as necessary to stay within specifications
• Forklift and Manlift operations
• NTS Airveyor adjustments and repairs as necessary
• Communicate with production lines with regards to machine down time, startup and changeovers
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must successfully pass the Ramsey Mechanical Skills and Aptitude Test in order to be considered.
• Demonstrated Safe work habits.
• Solid background in all aspects of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Reading and use of blueprints and technical manuals.
• Preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repair, troubleshooting using a data driven systematic approach, rebuilding equipment, lifting, rigging, lubrication.
• Using hand and specialty tools.
• Understanding and use of precision measurement.
• Candidates must be flexible to support business needs, able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime
• Demonstrates track record of responsibility, team work, maturity, sound judgment, and reliable attendance.
• Motivated self-starter, self-learner with the ability to work in a team and/or independent environment.
• Able to work unsupervised.
• Computer skills and ability to utilize SAP work order system. Ordering parts and supplies.
