Directs the inpatient patient flow and staffing functions to facilitate superior, efficient patient care, while creating a master schedule for patient care services that meets the departmental and organizational manpower needs. Associates degree in business or health care related field (or equivalent education). Two to three years of related experience in business or healthcare.
