It’s no secret, the 3D printing technology industry is experiencing explosive growth and we are looking for self motivated sales professionals to join the ride. The ideal candidate will have a student mind set, experience diagnosing a company’s challenges, the ability to eliminate competitive threats, and craft a compelling solution. You’ll be a proactive and curious member of our sales team, identifying growth opportunities for both Cimquest and our clients.

This position is mainly an inside sales position focusing on our professional level 3D printers (Ultimaker, Makerbot and Formlabs [SLA]) Most of the sales activities would be over the phone and email out of our Branchburg, NJ office; however, some on the road activities such as sales calls, trade shows, meetings/training at vendors would need to take place from time to time.

Objectives of this Role

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and add value to their work
  • Manage communication between our vendors, upper management and engineering teams
  • Stay current with the 3D Printing market and industry trends
  • Achieve organizational goals while upholding Cimquest’s culture and values

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Discovery calls to uncover and solve problems for client
  • Convey to prospects how additive manufacturing will meet their application
  • Respond to Lead inquiries from our vendors and our own Marketing activities
  • Generate demand through strategic outbound call campaigns
  • Attend trade shows and industry events

Skills and Qualifications

  • Is a clear, concise, and effective communicator
  • Professionally persistent at managing opportunities in a CRM
  • Have outstanding organizational skills
  • Some experience in sales that demonstrates success and an aptitude for sales
  • Is a team player who thrives by learning from others

Bonus Skills (Optional):

  • Have played competitive sports
  • B2B Sales Experience
  • Personal use of 3D printing, design, 3D CAD or other relevant tools
  • Understand manufacturing processes
  • Have an interest in technology

Pay: $42,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
