A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Develop a hub-spot lead management process to track, assign and monitor/measure inbound web leads that is scalable to manage 10X the leads generated today.
  • Develop dashboards to monitor lead KPIs and a process to qualify leads so that only sales qualified leads are assigned to the sales organization
  • Work in partnership with Digital Marketing team and Salesforce administrators on the process.
  • Pilot a live-chat HubSpot solution on our website to increase new client engagement.
  • Work with business line leaders and sales VPs to provide resources to support chat functionality and to manage inbound leads that align with webform leads
  • Create a lead qualification/filtration question system to help direct leads
  • On-board Outreach and 6Sense systems for the Sensible-EDP business and for pilot testers in other LOBs.
  • Provide end-user training, act as a champion for these systems and provide expertise to the team.
  • Act as a leader (not as a direct line manager) for inside sales team members assigned to follow up on marketing qualified leads.
  • Operate as an inside sales rep for inbound leads and leverage other available support to scale when leads increase
  • Learn all Montrose Line of Businesses at a level sufficient to direct leads and connect the right dots - be a strong generalist on MEG services
  • Has attention to detail, is a team-player and is self-motivated.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Base Salary Rage: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
Location: Remote-USA
