Cody Askins, LLC has merged with SAM and we can now provide insurance agents/companies with multiple products to help them be successful.

The Position:

Ready to learn more about the position itself? Here you go:

  • Responsible for making phone sales.
  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting client needs.
  • Services existing accounts - plans and organizes daily work schedules to call potential and existing leads.
  • Adjusts sales pitch to be appropriate with clientele.
  • Focuses sales efforts by training twice a day.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and reports.
  • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • You will have leads provided to you without having to contact your Facebook friends.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Customer Service - You know how to build positive rapport with your clients and have the confidence to hold a conversation and direct it in the right direction.
  • Active Listening - You understand the client’s needs and have the product knowledge to recommend the best solutions to their problems.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit - You have the drive to be the best you can be while continually finding ways to improve yourself and your strategies.
  • Time Management - You respond to your clients in a timely manner and can handle multiple leads.
  • Negotiation Skills - You know how to be assertive and close a deal. You also have the presentation skills to provide alternative proposals if one product doesn’t work out.
