Inside Sales Representative

Pay Rate: $29.80-$35.10

Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Location: Fontana, CA

Description:

• Works with assigned Sales Manager to execute the account plan
• Process daily orders, tracking and update vendors with order status
• Partner with Account Managers to provide assistance with quotes, lead qualification, and order tracking
• Maintaining professional working relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers and management
• Quote prices, credit terms, and other bid specification
• Prioritized daily workflows, including all inbound calls, quotes, and sales-related inquiries
• Set up new accounts, established customer credit, and set up payment methods
• Answered customers’ questions regarding products, prices, and availability
• Respond to customer inquires

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to understand issues, help create solutions
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Epicor (preferred but not required)
• Positive attitude, self motivated and ability to work in a fast paced environment
