THE OPPORTUNITY:
In this entry level role, you will be exposed to all aspects of our business and this is an excellent stepping stone to a manager role in sales, marketing, product development, or operations in any vertical within the organization. Key job functions will include, but not limited to, managing sales leads, analyze and present sales and market data, and supporting sales managers with account management. This role is perfect for someone who is results driven and self-motivated as significant compensation will be tied to your performance and overall success of the channel.
The Inside Sales Representative will have a direct impact on our Conveniences Systems Group and will be responsible for:
- Managing sales leads which will include nurturing, qualifying, and working with our direct sales leaders, distribution partners, and customer service teams to convert them
- Analyze and present market data gathered to product management, sales and marketing teams
- Support sales managers with account management as needed
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You will bring 1-2 years of sales, customer service, and/or account management experience with a track record of success within your role. You must possess outstanding customer service skills with attention to detail in communications and a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience
- Strong technical skills including proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Operates with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Ability to travel up to 20%
