gpac, a leading recruitment company with over 30 years of experience, is partnering with a well-established family-owned company in the Building Materials industry. We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join their team in promoting their extensive product line and services.

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are self-starters, possess exceptional customer service skills, and have 5+ years of experience in sales or construction. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, providing them with product knowledge and technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Inside Sales Responsibilities:

• 
  Respond to customer inquiries and provide price quotes and product information
• Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot any product-related issues
• Support outside sales team through various administrative tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain and update customer records and sales activity reports

Inside Sales Essential Job Functions:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

The Inside Sales Associate position offers a competitive salary ranging from $25-$30/hr, as well as medical benefits, paid time off, 7 paid holidays, an IRA, bonus programs, and product discounts.
