The Pasadena Branch of Meador Staffing has partnered up with a local Hydraulic Manufacturing company to bring a Inside Sales Representative to their team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Submits sales orders and email order acknowledgement to customer.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing quotes, and making recommendations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Received phone or email orders and process for shipping.
• Schedule, enter and manage sales orders.
• Customer service, phone, email experience.
• Must have above average computer skills.
• Have experience in Outlook email.
• Collaborates and communicates with logistics company, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of orders.
• Tracks, traces, and updates order status
• Maintains a clean and neat area.
• Provides additional backup support for outside sales departments.
• Bilingual is a Plus!
• experience inside hydraulic sales Preffered

Work hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Pay rate: $17.00 to $20.00
