Summary As an Inside Sales Representative at Noble Plastics, you are responsible for providing excellent customer satisfaction by handling qualified sales leads and introducing products and services to existing customers, through inbound and outbound sales calls. You will work with various teams throughout the company to maximize the customer experience by understanding cus tomer needs and providing support and effective solutions. You must also be comfortable building relationships with new and existing customers, generating interest in the product line up, and closing sales. Are you passionate about sales? Responsibilities and Duties

✓Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.

  • Manage existing customers relationships

  • Regularly assess customer satisfaction to maximize business retention and development. • Identify opportunities with existing customers.

  • Identify customer needs as they arise.

  • Manage customer complaints, issues and support tickets

  • Communicate scheduling and production updates effectively with customers

  • Effectively manage the transition of deals from sales to the service delivery team once pur chase orders are received.

✓Deals Management

  • Collaborate with Account Executive to advance leads through the sales process

  • Effectively track sales activities using PipeDrive CRM.

  • Collaborate with Technical Sales Rep to create quotes for customers

  • Qualify, follow-up, and track sales leads

✓Professional Development

  • Continually strive to improve professional skills.

  • Collaborate with management to identify a meaningful professional development track, and work toward achieving those goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Charismatic and outgoing.
  • Good time management.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications, as well as advanced computer skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Prioritize and organize work to meet agreed upon deadlines.
  • Possess good judgment and attention to detail.
  • Energetic and positive attitude.
