Our US headquarters are in Old Lyme, CT. The ideal candidate may be based remotely.
In this role, you will provide Inside Sales support to the Sales Managers and Business Development Managers by actively identifying, approaching and acquiring new end users (and customers – resellers, system integrators) by promoting related Business Communication Products through effective telemarketing sales techniques to ensure end user satisfaction.
- Must have experience with extensive outbound business-to-business calls
- Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling techniques
- Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and growing sales
- Superior customer service attitude; able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good active listening skills and phone skills
- Technical knowledge of company products preferred
- Good organizational skills with excellent follow-through
- Proficient PC skills and experience with CRM system
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with three years related experience in a telemarketing environment preferred and/or related training.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year related sales experience
