The Inside Sales Representative II role is the opportunity to be part of a unique business, provide critical support to the sales team and build rapport with customers. This position will be a primary contact for many groups internally, while also building relationships externally and handling a variety of responsibilities. This is a great opportunity to work with a strong team, utilize your communication skills, and gain valuable experience within Donaldson. This hybrid role will work out of our Bloomington, MN office.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and enhance customer relationships through superior support and responsiveness.
  • Leverage relationships to maintain and grow the business and identify potential opportunities.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot account matters by working with Customer Service, Operations, Engineering and Quality to promptly resolve.
  • Maintain updated account information and support customer base through Oracle, SharePoint, CRM, BI and CAPA sales process tools.
  • Coordinate with internal contacts to ensure customer concerns are being addressed and needs are being met.
  • Collaborate with sales team to perform special assignments as required.
  • Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations daily.
TRAVEL: Less than 10%
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ year of sales or customer service experience
  • High School diploma
Preferred Qualifications: ( Max bullets per section 10)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Motivation for Sales
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Familiarity with Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize and self-monitor workload
  • Meeting sales and activities goals
  • Experience using a CRM and ERP systems
  • Desire to grow and develop
