CH&P Management is a single-family community association management company. We serve communities in Liberty, Trinity, Harris and Montgomery County. Our primary office is located in Conroe, Texas. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, our office hours are from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct monthly site inspections (drive-through and on-site)
• Inspect that properties are complying with the Deed Restrictions
• Utilize software throughout the inspection
• Notify responsible parties of restriction violations
• Investigate complaints
• Maintain and generate reports as needed for the Community Manager
• This position will require in-office time and driving time
• Inspect architectural progress on-site
• Monitor approved projects and ensure property owners are complying with approved architectural applications
• Exhibit professional and kind behavior
• Lead and communicate with a helpful, "can-do" attitude
• Utilize inspection software for violations and architectural needs
• Maintain a good working relationship with office staff and respond to inspection requests in a timely manner

Requirements

• Valid drivers license and good driving record
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Property Management experience is a plus
• Conflict resolution skills
• Professional communication skills
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Time management skills
• Must have reliable transportation (will receive $0.58/mile or per IRS standard reimbursement rate) - or - utilize a company vehicle
• Monitor projects, meet with Contractors and develop Request for Proposals

Must comply and pass a background check, drug screening and driving record check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
