JOB DESCRIPTION
Global Dwelling of High Falls, NY is currently hiring for a customer service oriented year-round full-time Insulation Sales Rep / Outside Sales to personally connect with customers and offer them the best possible solutions for their home energy needs. This outside sales position works 40-50 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Weekend work is required as needed to follow up on leads, attend trade shows, and generate leads. This position also comes with paid training for certification. Certified, full time salespeople can earn between $80k - $150k / year. We are local industry leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun.

INSULATION OUTSIDE SALES / SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS
In this Insulation Sales Rep / Outside Sales position, you use the prequalified high-quality leads that we provide; you make appointments with homeowners. After listening to any concerns, you evaluate their building envelope and educate them on the different ways in which various issues impact comfort, health, and energy efficiency. You skillfully overcome objections and build confidence as you explain everything honestly, clearly, and accurately.
You continue to build and maintain these relationships as you follow up and provide customer service support. Using the defined process that you have been trained in, you are able to maintain a high conversion rate and generate revenue for yourself and the company. You enjoy meeting new people, that no two days are exactly the same, and the challenge of closing the deal. At the end of the day, you feel good about having facilitated a more comfortable and energy-efficient home at a fair price for your customers!
- Customer service experience
- Ability to set up and run diagnostic equipment as trained
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to use a laptop computer to present solutions, close sales, and produce proposals
- Ability to work in crawlspaces, basements, attics, and outdoors during home assessments
- Valid driver's license
- Insurable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to do extensive local travel
- Sales ability
Two years of outside sales experience is preferred, ideally in the home performance, insulation, HVAC, or general contracting fields. However, if you lack experience or are just starting out, we are willing to train the right individual! BPI certification and home energy efficiency experience is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
