Job Description:
First American Roofing and Siding Inc. is looking for individuals to join our insulation team! This individual would be working under the direction of the Insulation Foreman to optimize home performance for our customers through insulation to provide comfort and reduce their heating and cooling costs. As a Focus on Energy Ally you will be adhering to the M&I standards to apply spray foam, cellulose, air sealing and correct ventilation. This position may also be cross-trained for other service technician requests.

Qualifications:
- General carpentry skills required
- Ability to successfully complete IDI Training
- Experience installing different types of insulation preferred
- Ability to work 40-50 hours per week
- Commitment to quality work
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must enjoy working outside
- High degree of professionalism when communicating with customers, subcontractors, and coworkers
- Comfortable with confined spaces and heights
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Excellent time management
- Effective conflict resolution skills
