Insulation/Weatherization Crew Lead (Laborer)
The Insulation-Heating & Cooling Group located in Hammonton, NJ is seeking to hire a full-time Insulation/Weatherization Crew Lead.
The Insulation Groups continued growth has opened up one position for the right industry professional.
Overview: This position effects aspects of a residential home including:
Health & Safety
Comfort issues
Energy Efficiency
Requirements:
A MINIMUM of 2 Years experience in BPI Weatherization Program work.
- Building Analyst Certified
- Perform a physically demanding role, which includes working in confined locations such as attics and crawlspaces.
- Ability to work in attic / crawl space in the heat during summer months.
- Enjoys being part of a growing company.
- Pride in the work being completed.
- Sense of humor.
- Prior Comfort Partners or WAP experience a plus (not required).
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
