Licensed Sales/Office Manager in Beaumont, TX

Position Overview

Responsibilities

· Manage a small sales and customer service team’s daily operation.

· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

As an Agent Team Member Manager, you will receive...

· $60,000 Base Pay plus commissions/bonuses, earning between $70,000 - $95,000/yr

Requirements

· Active Texas Property and Causality License - Required

· Ability to commute to our office in Beaumont, TX – Required

· 5+ years of active insurance sales and customer service experience – preferred

· 2+ years of management experience – preferred

· Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

· Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

· People-oriented

· Detail oriented

· Proactive in problem solving

· Able to learn computer functions

· Ability to work in a team environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
