We are seeking a driven and ambitious Insurance Agent to join our successful team. Our ideal candidate has experience in the insurance industry and a passion for building strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for securing new business, maintaining client relationships, and staying informed about new products and industry trends. We offer training and mentorship to support your success, and a base salary of $40,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year (Base salary + Commission)

Responsibilities:

Achieve new business production goals
Utilize various lead sources to solicit for new business
Create strong relationships with new and existing customers
Maintain knowledge of new products and industry trends
Request customer referrals and explain our referral program
Build relationships from scratch and handle customer rejection

Requirements:

Property and Casualty license required
Sales experience preferred
Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude
Authorized to work in the United States
