We are seeking a licensed Insurance Agent for Sales & Customer Support with 1+ years of insurance experience, to provide service to existing agency customers and sales to new and existing clients. A current Pennsylvania Property/Casualty Insurance license is required in order to be considered for this position. Applicants that do not possess a license will not be considered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales and service of insurance products. Process changes, review coverage, application processing, scheduling appointments with clients, and client concern resolution.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to prospects, clients, and insurance carriers.
• Review and discuss insurance products & options with clients.
• Special Requirement: Position requires a valid Pennsylvania Property/Casualty Insurance License.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a self- starter and have a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and enthusiastic personality are essential. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Must be able to think, follow directions, and retain information
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Excellent typing skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills are essential
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision when necessary.
• Ability to function as an effective and contributing member of a team.
• Capable of producing comprehensive documentation.
• Accomplishing work in a timely and accurate manner.
• Experience in personal lines insurance
