SUMMARY

The Property & Casualty Assistant Client Service Representative position is to assist Client Service Representatives, Account Managers & Account Executives daily servicing of insurance clients of CMR Risk & Insurance Services, Inc. It is the perfect entry level position for someone looking to get into insurance.

DUTIES & RESPONIBILITIES

• Mail distribution,
• General Office Duties: I.E. monitoring phone & voicemail
• Issuing certificates of insurance
• obtaining loss runs
• Reviewing issued policies for accuracy
• Processing Policy Changes (change request, endorsement follow up and review)
• Issuing and extending temporary proofs of insurance
• Issuing Auto ID Cards
• Electronic file set up and file content scanning
• Taking self-study classes on personal time to expand insurance knowledge

Education & Experience

• College-Level Education
• General Office Experience, Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
