INSURANCE BILLER/COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced insurance biller/collections specialist. The insurance biller/collections specialist will be able to work independently within a team. The insurance biller/collections specialist will be a problem solver with critical thinking skills. We are looking for an insurance biller/collections specialist who can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. The insurance biller/collections specialist will work onsite in the Stuart, FL area.
Responsibilities:
Insurance Billing to Major Insurance Companies
Submit, review, correct, and process denied or rejected Insurance claims
Obtain Pre-Authorizations from Insurance Companies for upcoming procedures
Post insurance remittance payments
Work denials /scrubbing
Resolve Customer account issues from Patients
Answer questions front desk may have regarding collecting copays or deductables
Handle billing questions from patients in clinic
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
