The Chicago office of Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP, a national AV-rated® law firm of 200+ attorneys across 17 offices, is seeking an insurance coverage associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Experience in the areas of D&O, professional liability, cyber, financial institutions and/or fidelity and crime for its growing practice is preferred but not required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze insurance policies to identify coverage issues.
- Draft coverage opinions, reservations, and disclaimers.
- Provide coverage recommendations.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 4 years of insurance coverage experience.
- Superior academic credentials from a top tier accredited law school.
- Member in good standing of the Illinois bar.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
