Insurance Verification Specialist
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking an Insurance Verification Specialist to join our Corporate Office Team in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. In this role, you will help support insurance verification and authorizations for 40 physical therapy clinics throughout Utah, Idaho and Montana.

As an Insurance Verification Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional customer service to our patients, clinics, and payers (insurances) as you provide support throughout the insurance verification process. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are crucial for your success in this position. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be roughly 50% verifying insurances and 50% supporting our verification team by relaying information from Mountain Land clinics to verification team members. A successful person in this position does not need insurance knowledge, but rather exceptional customer service skills. Qualifications:

• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Able to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time.
• Must be proficient with working on a computer.
• Knowledge of health insurance and physical therapy is preferred but not necessary.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Practice Management software is preferred but not necessary.

Starting Wage: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour, DOE

Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time M-F, benefited position and is eligible to receive medical, dental, and vision insurances, as well as life insurances, 401k, and wellness incentives
