What will I be doing?
As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks for the office:
Process and track referrals
Assist in assigning cases to staff
Review and assign clinical documentation
Complete assessments and necessary documentation
Participate in PQI and strategic planning

Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice required; however, license eligible Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work is preferred
2 years’ experience working with children (experience can include internships, volunteer work, etc.)
