Job Category

In this role as our Implementation Specialist, you will own the publisher/affiliate onboarding experience. This role requires internal and external communication, technical integration mastery, and support for partner expansion. We are looking for someone smart, hard-working, technically savvy, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to execute at a high level.


Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the Publisher on boarding process and the initial point of contact for publishers, ensuring a fast/smooth onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate closely with Media Operations, Client, and Business Development teams to ensure timely, efficient publisher onboarding and expansion
  • Ensure all new publisher implementations adhere to client and program guidelines
  • Manage, track, report on the publisher onboarding process.
  • Efficiently facilitate new service expansion with existing publishers.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues around integrations between publishers and QuinStreet.
  • Serve as the project lead moving existing publishers to an updated integration.
  • Identify areas of improvement and lead the charge to streamline the onboarding experience along with product/service expansion for publishers, including reworking documentation materials.
  • Monitor, identify and execute fixes for existing integrations
  • Perform monthly audits aimed at uncovering bugs, new integration requirements, and opportunities for growth
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, quality assurance or online marketing
  • Analytical mind with the ability to interpret data/results and take appropriate action. Ability to decipher some code and/or familiarity with the following (API, XML strings, Tracking Pixels, iframe, HTML)
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and multi-task, maintain attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Effectively manages time with skill and prioritizes multiple objectives
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback but also function autonomously with a willingness to "figure it out"
  • Experience with process creation and documentation preferred
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related
  • Must be very comfortable with numbers and highly proficient in Excel to analyze data
  • Evidence of working efficiently and creatively in situations that require strong organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Prior experience with business intelligence/data visualization tools such as Tableau preferred
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
