We work directly with high-end builders, architects, landscape architects and others to deliver holistic products that capitalize on location, infrastructure and other characteristics.
Earth Tech Enterprises – utilizes the latest technology to reshape the landscape of Florida for future communities. Our services include mining, aggregate processing, land development, lake bank restoration, beach and shoreline projects, environmental services, and marine services.
We are looking to add superior talent to our growing team. As a Design Assistant, you will be working closely with the design team to implement project designs in collaboration with the VP of Design and Senior Designers. This role assists in all aspects of the design process from sourcing FF&E, developing schedules, processing work orders, developing client presentations, working in AutoCAD and other administrative responsibilities.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist Vice President of Design
2. Organize multiple projects including information flow, communication, documents, samples.
3. Prepare and update finish schedules and various design presentations.
4. Develop and prepare for client presentations.
5. Research and sourcing furnishings and interior finishes.
6. Assist with furniture ordering and payment, follow-up on lead times, coordinate deliveries and installations.
7. Enter and maintain project budgets.
8. Assist with client billing and VP of Design billable hours.
9. Create customer proposals.
10. Assist with furniture installations and interior photo shoots.
11. Interact with clients.
12. Pick up samples and miscellaneous items.
13. Assist Associate and Lead Designers with various design and administrative tasks related to all phases of high-end interior design from initial planning through to project completion
REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree in Interior Design.
2. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience within an Interior Design internship or assistant level role.
3. Resourceful and Self-starting
4. Positive attitude with eagerness to grow both professionally and personally.
5. Demonstrates an understanding of the overall design process.
6. Highly productive and organized with thorough attention to detail.
7. Multitasking extraordinaire
8. Dependable and punctual
9. Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel and PowerPoint
10. Design Manager software knowledge is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
