Tampa Bay Family Physicians is a primary care practice providing care primarily to Medicare and Medicare Advantage Plan patients since 2013 in Sun City Center, Florida. The practice has grown by focusing on a preventive care value based model. Work alongside two board certified family medicine physicians and a nurse practitioner experienced in this healthcare model that is leading the way in how managed care can be a benefit to your patient, but also to your work life balance.

At Tampa Bay Family Physicians we believe in integrating technology with care to better serve our patients and physicians. As a provider at Tampa Bay Family Physicians you can look forward to building your patient base in a growing community while providing your patients with care focused on quality and better clinical outcomes. We provide full front and back office support for each physician with a team dedicated to case management. Imagine a practice where you were only see 10 to 15 patients a day, getting to know them individually and building the relationship that lasts for years all while obtaining a competitive base salary with easily achievable bonus incentives. We also provide towards your malpractice, vacation time, continuing education, licensing fees and health insurance.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Licensed in State of Florida
• Completed residency training in the United States
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine with continued certification throughout employment.
• 100% Out patient setting only
• No Hospital Rounding
• Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM
• Excellent work ethics and impeccable integrity
• Experience managing Medicare and/or Medicare Advantage Plan patient setting with understanding of Best Practice in a coordinated care/value based on environment is preferred but not required.
• Becoming familiar with Value Based Care Model (HEDIS, MRA, MIPS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
