Position Overview: We’re hiring for a Property Inventory Clerk to work at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located in Brunswick, GA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain written correspondence as required
- Perform routine computer-related duties including data entry and retrieval
- Perform routine clerical, scanning and filing duties
- Maintain records, libraries, and office files
- Pick up, deliver, or receive and disseminate correspondence, documents, and/or other information
- Successfully completes all assignments to specifications, within specified timeframe and in accordance with agency policies and regulations
- Participate in inventory counts as directed
- Correct discrepancies including quantity errors, high/low issues, mis-ships
- Responsible for meeting operational inventory efficiency goals and benchmarks
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- All candidates must be US Citizens and must pass a background investigation conducted by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 2 Years of comparable inventory/supply experience such as warehouse, retail, and/or military
