Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices and appliances located in Ridgefield Park, NJ.


Inventory Coordinator


Summary:

Coordinate, Inspect, submit B-Good Scrap PUMI to expedite Scrap process and improve products refurbishment process.

To review, inspect, allocate product from repair section to scrap section with-in WH, inspect between data vs product, submit Scrap PUMI and follow up on W/F all the way to recycler pickup.
In addition to review Inventory movement after PUMI approval.

Responsibilities:

  • Allocation scrap candidate products from Refurbish section to Scrap inspection area Strong attention to detail, excel file and basic product knowledge skills required for validation steps.
  • Knowledge of scanning serial tag, method of interface data. Understand of SAP
  • Validate scan result vs system interfaced data. Mining data to prepare scrap PUMI submission
  • Follow up submitted PUMI, should be able to communicate to approver(s) to prevent delay on review/approve
  • Follow up and communicate to RB center of approved Scrap PUMI. Review and monitor inventory drop/adjustment from SAP
  • Cross check inventory accuracy between SAP vs RB company’s Data base
  • Review and obtain Scrap pick up manifest by recycler company per scrap PUMI

Requirements:

  • BS/ BA degree preferred or equivalent experience in WH Operation.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Inventory flow and data mining.
  • SAP and Bex Analyzer skills preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook Email and Excel.
  • Being familiar with the sales or service operation of electronic goods.
  • Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and time management skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good written and verbal skills required.
