Overview
Description: The Distro/Sales and Inventory manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, distribution, fulfillment, as well as the maintenance of company inventory systems, corresponding inventory and adherence to compliance protocols for the METRC track and trace system. The Distro/Sales and inventory manager will work to build out current systems in accordance with changing company processes and will assist in the training development for all staff where inventory is concerned.
Hours and Classification: Full time, non-exempt
Reports to: MOCA Humboldt CEO and COO
Responsibilities
- Manages Sales Team
- Manages Distribution Workflow
- Coordinates with Fulfillment to create weekly delivery schedule
- B2B Customer Service
- Manages all Inventory, including all cannabis products and non-cannabis supplies
- Manages Inventory Software Platform and ensures seamless METRC integration
- Performs all METRC duties as needed to maintain regulatory compliance
- Manages Compliance Testing
- Performs physical audits and maintains organization of back of house inventory
- Assists with development and implementation of training protocols (SOP’s) for inventory related activities across the company
- Monitors all packaging/supply orders, initiating reorders as needed
- Provide technical support to staff for Inventory Management Platform needs
- Understands and adheres to all regulatory compliance requirements
- Remains flexible to assisting with other departments to meet company needs
Requirements
List requirements for liability purposes - working conditions (indoor/outdoor, cold/hot temps), on feet or sitting all day, lifting requirements, 21+
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, or crouch for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in cold-temperature environments (inventory vaults)
- High level of ethics where compliance adherence is concerned
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and their Google Drive counterparts
- Must communicate effectively through company email and Slack
- Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.
- OSHA certified (ideal, but not mandatory)
