Inventory Picture Taker: Our Inventory Picture Taker generates and uploads high-quality photographic images of all new and used inventory to the Sterling Automotive websites. The work is performed outside year round. The photographic images must adequately depict each specific vehicle and its features for customers and employees to view online. These responsibilities must be performed in an efficient and safe manner as it entails driving vehicles on the lot. The employee has an ongoing responsibility to ensure that all images are of excellent quality and post images timely to the respective dealership’s site. The Inventory Picture Taker will work as a team with another employee and the position does include some local travel. Photographic background is not required for this position, as the level of skill needed is entry-level.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure the vehicle is cleaned prior to taking pictures
• Properly photograph all new and used inventory in accordance with established layouts
• Upload images and vehicle descriptions to appropriate dealership’s website
• Print and appropriately place Buyers Guide inside every vehicle in inventory
• Work alongside sales managers, consultants, lot associate and any other essential employees
• Return vehicles back to their designated parking pots after photographing, keeping the lots organized as designated by Sales Managers
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with Sales managers and staff
• Continuously learn new techniques
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors

What We're Looking For:

• Photographic background is not a requirement for this position
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or with 3 years of driving record, due to insurance purposes
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess good basic photographic skills
• Possess a current driver’s license and have a good driving record
• Have excellent driving skills
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Have a working knowledge of cameras and current model smartphones
• Have a good working knowledge of computers operations, software, able to upload and down load files, and is able to effectively navigate the internet
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Must be reliable, a self-starter, detail oriented and able to work effectively with limited supervision
