IT Invoice Associate

Engagement: 3-month engagement (likely extension, possible hire)

Level: Associate/Entry

Location: Onsite (potential of hybrid model)

Pay: $17-20/hr (DOE)

Start Date: September 26th or October 3rd

Summary

The IT Invoice Associate is responsible for supporting inventory of IT assets, internal and external invoicing, and upholding process/organization of billing and invoicing. Additionally, forming procurement strategies to optimize technology spend across the IT organization.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains complete and accurate physical inventory of all IT hardware equipment, maintenance service agreements, software licensing, certificate management, and warranties.
  • Creates and executes all billing and purchasing from procurement through disposal.
  • Serves as the IT asset management / procurement liaison for store and corporate technology.
  • Provide IT financial reporting.
  • Analyzes and manages creative methods to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Reviews and approves all third party vendor invoices requested by IT team.
  • Works cross-functionally with finance and procurement, to maintain accurate data and efficient strategies in accordance with business requirements.
  • Performs inventory and usage monitoring of all IT assets and records all findings, changes, and incidents to assess trends in performance issues.
  • Supports internal and external audits related to IT Assets.
  • Collaborates with Project managers for asset deployment and procurement strategies across all business disciplines.

Requirements

· Exceptional customer service and organization

· Willingness to be onsite 3+ days / week

· 6+ months of invoicing and/or billing experience

· Familiarity with invoicing tools, financial systems, and procurement best practices

· Understanding of inventory usage and strategies to maximize or dispose of specific requirements

· Retail experience a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
