Summary:
The IT Analyst reports directly to the Software Manager and is responsible for software support, designing, and implementing technical solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist at the administrator level with Yardi and its modules.
- Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot custom reports using SQL Scripting, SSRS, or other IT tools.
- Assist end users with all software issues.
- Maintain software systems.
- Diagnose, resolve, and document technical software issues.
- Follow IT standard operating procedures and SLA requirements.
- Develop written procedures for application support and other production tasks.
- Work with the training department to design and deliver end-user training.
Requirements and Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and three to four years' related experience; or three to five year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with complex integrated systems, Master Data management, and REST APIs.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills
- Proficient in SQL, SSR, and Visual Studio.
- Proficient in any of the scripting languages (Python, R,Scala, Java etc. )
- Experience working in an Agile environment using SCRUM methodologies.
- Skilled user of MS Office and SharePoint required.
