So, what will you be doing as a Collaboration Analyst II?

  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex problems around collaboration tools, and recommend and implement corrective solutions.
  • Establish and maintain best practices to ensure compliance with IT standards, processes, principles, and methodologies.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the full project life cycle
  • Working globally with our internal clients to conduct business analysis and requirement gathering to advise best business practices through the implementation of M365 tools and other collaboration solutions
  • Engage Microsoft and other vendor partners on troubleshooting issues with applications
  • Assist with migration of legacy SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online
  • Partner with teams to perform analysis of SharePoint content and develop plan for SharePoint Online layout and structure
  • Test functionality of Microsoft applications and other collaboration tools to ensure proper configuration
  • Assist in creating functional and technical documentation as required
  • Create user and training documentation
  • Facilitate formal training classes and implement adoption materials
  • Support end users in their adoption of new technology, including process improvements


To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of relevant IT experience
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Experience with OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Ability to respond with urgency and stay organized within a fast-paced team
  • Proactive, self-educating mindset with an eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage workload and time according to defined deadlines
