Summary:

The IT System Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of computer systems, software, and applications within the organization. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system issues, providing technical guidance and expertise to end-users, and ensuring proper system configuration and security. The IT System Support Analyst will work closely with other IT team members and business users globally to ensure efficient and effective system operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Technical support: Respond to system incidents, requests, and inquiries, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, networking, and application issues, and work with IT team and vendors for problem resolution.
System maintenance and monitoring: Perform routine system maintenance, monitor system performance, identify, and address issues, and provide recommendations for system optimization.

User support:
Provide technical guidance to end-users, assist with system inquiries, and conduct user training sessions to promote proper system usage.
System configuration and security: Configure and administer system settings, permissions, and security controls, and enforce security measures to ensure compliance with policies and protect system resources and data.
System documentation and reporting: Create and maintain system documentation, generate reports on system performance and incidents, and provide analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Inventory management: Maintain inventory of all IT related equipment.
IT Audits: Conduct quarterly audit to stay compliant with SOC and ISO for Active Directory, VPN, Door Access, CCTV, and other business application.

Mandatory requirements:

Minimum 3 years of system support or related experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Competent in Microsoft server services e.g., Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Print server etc.
Competent in all Microsoft Window OS, e.g., Microsoft Win 10/11.
Competent in all Apple OS and Devices.
Competent in Microsoft Office 365/Azure.
Deploying patches, system related software, updates to server, PC's and other network devices using Manage Engine Desktop Central or similar applications.Ability to manage workflow and follow up on all helpdesk related issues thru our ticketing system.
Troubleshoot system, which includes server, applications, PC's and other network related equipment.
Manage access to network resources and services.

Nice to have:
Working knowledge of Win Server 2012-2019.Scripting to automate task.
Recommend and evaluate new hardware, software, and services.Document processes, application instructions and other IT related topics.
