Job description

K(x) Solutions is seeking a Information Technology Engineer with a strong technical background to work on an IT Project delivering to the United States Military. Need to be able to design, deliver, and support an IT system infrastructure using network security software in a defense setting. TS Security Clearance is required along with 8570 Compliance.

High Level Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience. 2 to 4 years of experience. Must be proactive and able to work independently. Must desire to continue to learn and grow in abilities as domain areas evolve. Employment is contingent on successfully maintaining a security clearance as a condition of employment.

Detailed Requirements:

Experience with Solar Winds

Proficient knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT development

Proficient knowledge of hosting environment management

TS Security Clearance

8570 Compliance (e.g. Security + certified)

Additional Desired Skills:

User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
